Private home-care inquiries are focused on the GTA. Staffing and partnership requests may be considered across Ontario and, where operationally feasible, outside Ontario.
M&P has a multilingual workforce and can consider language and cultural preferences when matching, subject to availability and care requirements.
M&P can review urgent requests, but confirmation depends on role, location, shift, credentials and available qualified personnel.
Placement availability and suitability must be confirmed directly. M&P reviews program fit, funding, support needs, compatibility and regulatory requirements before any decision.
